Disputes – Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have the option of using a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
Our establishment is a member of UMIH (Union of Hospitality Trades and Industries), which itself is affiliated with the Tourism and Travel Mediation service (MTV).
Therefore, in the event of a dispute that remains unresolved after contacting our customer service, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Mediator at:

Please note that mediation can only be initiated after submitting a written complaint to our establishment, and if no satisfactory response is received within 60 days.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal for catering services, and has a right of withdrawal 48 hours prior to arrival at the accommodation.

Right to object to telephone canvassing (Bloctel)
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, when we collect your telephone contact information, you are informed of your right to register free of charge on the Bloctel telephone canvassing opt-out list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr ).
